Screen printing is our specialty, and it’s one of the best methods of printing graphics on any apparel. Screen printing isn’t just for t-shirts, you can screen print just about anything. Most common items to screen print

-       Tee Shirts/ Long-sleeved
-       Hoodies/ Crewnecks
-       Fitted Tees/ Tanks
-       Uniforms/ Jerseys
-       Jackets/ Thermals
-       Pants/ Sweatpants
-       Bags/ Totes

One screen is used for each color that is being printed on your garment. Each screen must be lined up (registered) to ensure all colors line up correctly. Each screen gets “inked up” with approved colors, and each shirt is then printed in correct color order. Inks are pushed through screens one color at a time onto the apparel. Finally, each piece is ran through a large conveyer dryer to cure.

Unlike screen printing where you are able to create large detailed designs. Vinyl printing is best suited for simpler graphics, such as basic shapes or text-based designs; for example, the names & numbers on the back of sports jerseys.

-       Tees/ Sweatshirts

From business attire to hats, embroidery is a great way to show off any of your logos. Our main product list for embroidery includes

-       Polos/ Jackets
-       Hats/ Beanies

Custom embroidery is a great way to set yourself apart from the crowd. Apparel is stitched with a computerized embroidery machine using patterns digitized with embroidery software.  With machine embroidery, different types of “fills” add texture and design to the finished look.
